What does Eligible mean?
If a charge is eligible it means that you may be able to claim housing benefit or the housing element of universal credit to cover the cost of this charge.
If a charge is NOT eligible it will not be covered by any benefits. This means that even if you are receiving benefits you will need to budget to cover the cost of any non-eligible charges.
